The owner of the L'Estragon, Christophe Trichard, really takes great pride in purchasing and preparing highest quality food. The most sensational meal: The seafood platter (called Plateau Fruits de Mer), which is only served on special occasions. Call ahead or put yourself on the mailing list of the restaurant.
Bring your Gold Card (this is not the place for budget conscious eaters), but one of the view French restaurants I was glad I found it. Not the usual miniature French portions. Worth the drive.
