La Famiglia - Munich

Went to La Famiglia for dinner last night. This is a medium- to up-market Italian restaurant at Isator. The evening started off promising - the waitresses were friendly, the atmosphere was nice, etc. But as soon as the staff realised I was not there to spend a small fortune on wine and overpriced noodles the friendliness very quickly evaporated. I felt like the waitresses were being deliberately obnoxious in an attempt to pursuade us to leave. It was an absolute abortion. If you're loaded with $$$ and you're looking for a pleasant, if boring, place to wine and dine a date then sure, go to La Famiglia. Otherwise forget it.

Wasn't too impressed with their pizzas. Base was nice and crispy but the topping was rather bland. Seeing as they're quite expensive I'd expect much better.

the food is really good (but served in small portion) but the staff unfriendly if you´re casual dressed or if you just give the impression not be specially rich or prominent. and when i was there, it was half-empty, therefore very cold atmosphere. Marks: 4 out of 5 food, 1 out of 5 atmosphere.

forget this place. the food was horrible and the servings were small.
