Kyoto - Munich

Kyoto is located right at the U-Bahn exit Heimeranplatz U4/U5 and only a five minute walk from the S-Bahn Heimeranplatz. The place is pretty full at midday, because of the inexpensive running sushi for €9,90. They serve more meat, fish and dessert varieties than other places that I´ve been to.

I went to Kyoto Running Sushi yesterday and was disappointed. The waitress was somewhat rude to us and to other parties that sat in "inopportune" locations in the restaurant. The all-you-can-eat for 19.95- people filled the restaurant, and it seems anyone ordering from the limited menu were an afterthought. As for the quality of the food... My sashimi rice kit (8.95-) had some pieces with dry sushi rice. I would only go back to do the all-you-can-eat for their desserts (bean cakes, sesame dongo, and more)and maybe their lunch bento box. Sad that none of those dessert options were on the menu!
