Kilombo is a bar/restaurant that manages to feel very cosy in spite of being quite spacious with a high ceiling. Reminds me of a ballroom in Vienna - or what I imagine one would look like.

Visitors are semi-trendy... power-dressing free zone... atmosphere is relaxed. Not that well known generally because it is a bit of a hike from Rosenheimer Platz, where the next S-Bahn is; less of one if you take the Tram 15/25 direction Grünwald/Großhesseloher Brücke.

The new Kilombo is near U-bahn Schwanthalerhöhe, on Gollierstr. I believe. It is considerably smaller than the old venue, and is still relaxed, if not somewhat more chic/trendy. Probably a good bet if you live around there, but not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit. Shame, the old one was much better...
