one of the top Biergärten in Munich, i think. quiet, not too packed, and with Jazz. good place if you look for something different from the usual crowded Biergärten, if you just like to spend some hours with friends, without being scared about losing your place if you go for another beer, or simply read a newspaper or a book. therefore, you can expect a high share of families with children. this can get on the nerves, sometime they can be relatively loud and just run up and down beside around your table. but well, nothing is perfect

Have to agree this is one of the best beer gardens in Munich. The prices are reasonable and the food is better than average beer garden fare, there is a steckelfisch stand too. We have not had any problems with noisy kids. It is good for cycling to and from. The jazz is usually pretty good too
