Gaststätte Heimgarten - Munich

My husband and I are relocating to Munich. We were staying across the street on a rainy day and didn't want to go too far for dinner. We had just found an apartment and felt like celebrating. We got a bottle of sparkling wine. We had a very tasty meal. The owner of Gaststätte Heimgarten spoke little English, but his attentive service was terrific. This is a small family run place, and we will definitely be back. Food was great and family feel made it even better. Fell in love with the proprietor. His service was warm and authentic. We loved it.
