If you come from English speaking countries then you would probably find this restaurant somewhat disappointing. Unfortunately this restaurant is run by Chinese. No offence but they would probably be better at making Chinese food instead. It is like expecting genuine Italian food at Pizzahut.

I love this restaurant!! Strange that two people have such different ratings. :-) The running sushi is awesome - they look really nice and taste wonderful. You should try it and see for yourself. I'm a big sushi fan and apart from some wonderful sushi in Vancouver this is my favorite sushi restaurant.

Maybe I don't agree with the first posting because I'm german (I don't think so) - anyways, I lived in Canada, France and Austria, too. This is definitely my favorite Sushi Restaurant in Munich. The fish is fresh - the sushis look awesome and they are soooooo njammy!! I definitely agree with Y.E. - only in Vancouver I had better sushi. I love it!!

I love this restaurant too!!!! I think they have the best sushi in town!!!! And it is the only one in Munich, who has soo many different and delicious desserts. They totally renovate last summer the restaurant inside. It's really cute there. Try it......

@ steffi ... delicious desserts at a japanese restaurant???? FYI, desserts are not part of the japanese cuisine .... if you want authentic japanese food, try SHOYA!!

Been to the Fuji the first time yesterday. Definitely a place to return to for a Sushi craving. We took the all-you-can eat running sushi for 18 Euro (somewhat more at the weekend as far as I know). You can watch the Sushi master doing his stuff, the Sushis come in all varieties and are nicely presented. It all looks and tastes fresh, and it's absolutely not like those pre-made cold sushis directly from the fridge. On top, the kitchen delivers an amazing variety of other foodstuff, chicken, beef, octopus, shrimps, scampi, fish, mussels, (even snails), sprouts and vegetables, fruits and some interesting sweets. All very pleasing to eyes and palate. The service is friendly, attentive and unobtrusive, it's a team of young asian guys. I've got no idea where they come from, but I couldn't care less. They care about food quality and customer satisfaction and therefore deserve a recommendation. Big YUM and thumbs up.
