Fratelli's - Munich

Tried Fratelli's last week. The place looks the part and the service was pretty good - very professional but not all that friendly. But unfortunatly the food was disappointing also the wine was seriously expensive. All in all 6 out of ten. Glad I tried it, but I won't be back

The place is great: essential but not minimal, intimate but not dark. High quality of food with excellent presentation. Good but short list of italian wine for their german price. Service is very very professional (the manager took care of us, directly) and, if requested, also friendly. I will be back next month, definitely, to check menu variety.

Service is friendly if requested? Man, I didn't know I had to ask for it..WTF?

This gentleman means that if you want a professional service you will have it by default. If you want your lady not to be the center of your attention, you can start chatting with the waiter... Got it?

A very mixed experience. Must say I had great food here...best meal in Munich but the service was poor to bad. Agree with previous writers...very unfriendly...and not overly efficient.It seemed to be totally dependant on which waiter you got...some seemed very pleasant but ours was NOT of that variety! We had to ask 4 times before we got a carafe of water .... and even the wine took about 20 mins to appear!

Hi guys! I don't know if you had this bad experience because you are guys ... I was treated like a princess. I didn't have to wait longer than 3-5 minutes for a new drink. The food was excellent. I will recommend it even for business meetings. Love it! Keep up the good work! Love, Chantal
