The German host cities for the football 2006 World Cup have recently been unveiling their "City Posters" for the event. Munich announced theirs last week. The poster depicts a heart painted in white onto a green football field. The heart represents Munich's slogan "Weltstadt mit Herz" (world city with heart). The top of the heart shape represents the "M" for "München". This poster will be seen all over Munich throughout the next 18 months.

Hospitality packages including tickets, catering, parking etc will be on sale from October 1st on. They are exclusively sold through a company called iSe Hospitality (www.isehospitality.com). This company also sells the boxes in all the stadiums.
The website isehospitality.com returns only "coming soon". :-(
Posted by: TED at August 7, 2004 01:51 PMEr, since we're in Germany, shouldn't that website be "inhospitality.com"?
You can pre-order tickets to the 2006 World Cup. I've seen some sites which are offering pre-order of tickets and tour packages. world-cup-travel.com has a list of them. not sure how legitimate these are.
Posted by: jess at October 16, 2004 11:06 PMYou can get tickets from isehospitality but they sell corprate boxes the cheapest one being 66 thousand euro's. The rest can't have tickets yet as ise is the only people allowed to sell before feb 1st. They mostly cater to business groups.
Posted by: Steve at November 4, 2004 08:08 PMso is the tactic just to buy tickets at random and hope our team plays on that day in Munich? or wait until the draw in Deember 2005
Posted by: Anonymous at December 1, 2004 11:56 AMDoes anyone know where you can get hold of that poster? I would love to get hold of one, for my office.
