Same owners as the (now closed) posh italian restaurant "Fonte del Conte" in Herzogpark. Intrusive crew. The clientele, prices and ambience are typical Bogenhausen.

i have an update here. Friends of mine have been there and they claim the food is ok. They cook pizza as well as other italian and international dishes.

the food is really good; it´s not a luxus -italian restaurant, but a solid and consistent one. specially to recommend the more traditional and straight pastas for instance arrabbiata or a simple (but tasty) pasta with pomodorini (small cherry tomatoes) or with vongole (clam). you can also agree with the chef some customizations..

Closed! According to reliable rumours, the rent is too high - i can believe it, before Fonte, Mamasita´s and Pauer have closed the doors in the same location. the same rumours claim the former owner of Gambrinus - in the Ismaninger Straße - is going to open a new italian restaurant there. I hope he can stand the rent.
