Faun - Munich

one of my favorite spots in munich. we had more meals and good times there over the course of our time in munich than anywhere else. really nice food, great and friendly service and beautiful ambience. a super spot for sunday brunch or late night bevvies.

jane has said it all .. food is really great, delicious and nice portion, friendly service. we were a bit scare as it looks quite bavarian from outside but it's totally different inside!

I've been there for lunch more than a few times, what with working in Isarvorstad and all. It's smokey as hell on the inside, but the food is good. The club sandwich is more than one person should eat, plan to share it if you'd like to avoid intestinal distress.

this is such a fabulous place, lovelly food, and really the nicest service Ive had for ages, and lots of patience with my terrible german :.) and helpful translating of the menu with lots of hand gestures and animal noises would highly recommend. And about the ciggies? well after jan 1st its all over so wouldnt let that put you off. food includes tasty basics for brekkie like salmon with rosties, and they have a fabulous tea selection especially if you like Dilmar. cheers

Went there last night, the food was great and service was quite good.

They do have breakfast all day too. Quite nice.

Just returned from brunch at Faun and can only recommend it ! Good service, which is always a pleasant surprise in Munich :-), great food and good value for money. They serve breakfast until 4pm so perfect for a lazy Sunday !!

I went there last weekend on the recomendation of my new boss, first wek in Munich and what a great place to find, definitely going back soon. friendly, great beer, great food and really relaxed.
