Fasanerie Biergarten - Munich

Fasanerie Biergarten is a genuine beer garden with full self service and great kids play area. It is in a beautiful setting in the woods by Hartmannshofen park. The minimum walk from public transport is 10 minutes. But it makes an ideal place to go to after a walk or cycle ride. For example take the Tram 17 to Amalienburgstraße. (Even the tram stop is rustic) then walk through the Kapuzinerkölzl woods to Hartmannshofen Park with more woods and little streams. There is also a Gaststätte there but it is a bit posh. I prefer the beergarden.
