Eclipse Grill-Bar is an Israeli cuisine restaurant in Schwabing. Opened in early 2008 they specialize on grilled meat and traditional Israeli salads such as: hummus, tehina, matbucha, auberginen salads and tomato salads. They have also recently started doing a business lunch menu and fish on grill. This is a homey, cozy place with good food and friendly service. A good place to eat lunch as well as dinner.

We have chosen the Eclypse for our Hebrew/Israeli/German Stammtisch every Thursday evening...because you feel warm and comfortable there from the first second, like home...its a really warm athmosphere and you dont wanna leave...The food is REALLY Israeli, so you get Hummus, Tahini, Falafel, Salads, Meet, Kebap...and its so good! Just can recommend it and the owner-coupe is so open-minded and nice!

...just because there were some confusions about my statement "Really Israeli"...of course you also can find the dishes in some Arab or even Turkish Places...but for me, have been 4 times in Israel, eating a lot of Hummus and Falafel there...it was "like" in Israel and the taste, quality, athmosphere and prices convinced me to eat there also when Im not going with the "Stammtisch" or even celebrating my next party there...
