Dr. Jung and O'Hara-Jung

I used O'Hara Jung for a nasty landlord dispute and she did an excellent job; I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

I have consulted with Claudia O'Hara-Jung in a dispute regarding health insurance with my employer. The issue regarded the possibility of having international insurance vs. coverage through a German insurer, which is much more expensive and lacking in service. Fr. O'Hara-Jung know this section of German law well and gave me factual answers that contradicted what I was told by our HR dept. I was very pleased with her service.

I phoned them and I asked whether I could send them the keys of my apartment and delegate them.
They where very kind and ready to represent me after having spoken to me for 2 minutes.
Luckily that was not necessary, but they seemed to be very professional.

I chatted briefly about a property matter with Frau O'Hara-Jung. I appreciated her willingness to assist and her excellent english. So far have not needed her services but would recommend the law office for at least a consult.

We asked Dr. Eckhart Jung and Claudia O`Hara-Jung to help us with the return of our 2 months rental deposit. They did an excellent job all of the correspondence was via email and they won the case.

Claudia O`Hara-Jung helped us check and make changes to a house purchase contract. She was very helpful, friendly and co-operative despite a short time-frame. Her advice was excellent, making us much more confident that the contract was fair and without any nasty surprises. Knowing we could switch to English if necessary gave us a great peace of mind, particularly since legal German can be overwhelming. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I can highly recommend Ms. O'Hara-Jung. I used her competent services to sue for money that was owed to me (I was self-employed; the company owing me for my services wanted to swindle and intimidate...). She came up with a very clever alternate strategy, a double-whammy, as it were; and we won, in spite of my "handshake" contract. She is competent, self-assured, friendly, and has a real heart. She is very interested in helping folks like us get justice. Yes, I can highly recommend her! And I would use her services again. Oh yes, and her English is great!

I recently moved apartments and stupidly signed the "Uebergabeprotokoll" even though it said that I had to pay EUR 700 approx. for the painting out of my apartment (20 square metres) and in my contract it stated nothing of the sort. I went to the Mieterverein and they told me I had no hope of getting the money back.

I then contacted Dr. Jung, who advised that it would be difficult, but she would undertake it nevertheless, and today she told me my former landlord - a large real estate company - has agreed to pay back my deposit in full. I therefore wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Recently I took their service and I had a good experience with Frau O'Hara-Jung.

+ I explained her my problem on phone, send all the papers by email and faxed a power of attorny. Then she did everything for me. At that time, I was very busy with my office work and could not have time to visit her. But she solved the issue with full responsibility without meeting me.
+ She used to update me the status time to time whenever there was a progress.
+ I must admit that their service charge is quite reasonable.
+ They are quite fast and professional. I had a deadline. Frau O'-hara Jung immediately started working for me without asking for any advance money (unlike some others). She did not know me before.
