There are usually only two reasons to go to this place; (1) you live in the neighbourhood or (2) you are going to the Cinema directly across the road.

Fairly new, but because of its location it is used as a meeting point by many people before going to the movies. It is a little bit hidden from view, but you will spot the black and white sign if you look carefully.

It has modern design, good Italian food, friendly staff and OK pricing. And hence we recommend it. See, we are not always trashing places.
