Charisma is a Bar and Restaurant. The first time I went there, I only had a couple of beers and a nice conversation with the owner. It was late on a weekday and I was the only one there. I went back several weeks later for dinner and was very impressed with the quality of the food. The dish I had, steak with pepper sauce and herb potatoes was absolutely delicious. I've gone back several times and each time I leave happy. The food is really great.
