Café Stemmerhof - Plinganserstr. 6, 81369 Munich, Germany

A great café/restaurant with a sleek, inviting interior, efficient and friendly service, and yummy food. Many of the wines are affordable and good, as well. The food is international with more of an Italian leaning. They got the best hot chocolate in town (yummy, real cocoa). There are restored tables (in contrast to the modern deco), and two kinds of outdoor seating. Housed in the Stemmerhof complex, a reconverted family farm. There is also free parking. Not smoky and overcrowded, even though it seems to be popular with Sendling locals.
