In the heart of Isarvorstadt, the gay area of town. But nothing gay about this restaurant. All types of people here - mostly the younger generation. Not a high class restaurant - more of a bar which does food. But the food is very good. The portions are very generous. Don't go here for a "dining experience", whatever that is, but if you fancy a nice casual meal amongst some groovy people - this is your place.

Just to add to the "not a high class restaurant" comment from above, don't plan on getting good cocktails here either. The ones I've had were just about the worst I've ever ordered. Stick to this place if you like a beer in a relaxed atmosphere... you can't go wrong with beer.

Well... In the meantime both the food and the cocktails have improved. The mojitos are quite nice, for example.

Food nothing special, Drinks nothing special, but it's location, location, location with this place. For something better try Faun which is 100 metres further down Hans-Sachs str. Or posibly Essneun, which is also about 30 metres further on for a more serious dining experience.

This place is good, but do NOT order the Nachos Rancheros. They are horrible. The chips come with tomato sauce (like a marinara) and mozzerella cheese melted. It's like mexican meets italian in a very unappetizing way. Then a side of 4 tiny dips, including spring roll dip. WHAT? Very disappointing, probably the worst nachos I've ever had. Everyone else was really pleased with their meals though, so don't let this stop you from dining there. Just avoid the nachos :)
