Brown's Tea Bar - Türkenstrasse 60, 80799 Munich, Germany

A tiny little tea shop on Türkenstrasse in the heart of Schwabing / Maxvorstadt. This café is run by the same people who do the Victorian Tea House and The Sconery.

I was in Munich recently-Loved your Tea Bar! I bought some orange & ginger tea home, which was delicious. Is it possible to purchase any more? Regards Sandy

I visit this delightful tea house as frequently as possible - the service is warm and friendly which one cannot say for many Munich establishments and the Cakes are fabulous...

I have been to Brown's pretty often now and I love it. It is perfect for breakfast with friends, a little snack during the day or just a big strong "Irish Breakfast" with a piece of their marvellous apple cake. I am the kind of customer who is never satisfied and who always believes that things could be done in a better way. But, although I go out for lunch, coffee and dinner pretty often, I guess there is no place in Munich where the staff is as friendly as Oliver, Burak and Rosa are. It is worth going there! You will love it!

Ditto the reviewers above. The place is relatively small and has a cozy cafe feel with both bar tables/stools and large cushion chairs for lounging. The tea was delicious and our favorite surprise- they serve bagels! Cakes looked good, as did the homemade soup, but finding/eating a delicious bagel in germany- priceless!
