Perfectly nice pub, which was full of noisy Stuttgart fans last time I was there. Still, Bayern kicked their ass. Anyway, food is good, atmosphere pleasant, and I think one of the barmen is actually Scottish, so he knows what he's doing ;-)
Posted by: "Chris" at 4:53 pm on 5.Feb.2004It has a better menu than the Augustiner Am Dom. It opens (currently) on Sundays, unlike the Am Dom, and the beer is cheaper as well. What it lacks is beer direct from the barrel otherwise it would be my favourite drinking hole.

Posted by: "PhilR" at 2:50 pm on 15.Sep.2005The times I have gone there early to mid Sunday afternoons they have never had beer from the wood on. This is a shame. It is now winter so the Augustiner Am Dom is closed on Sundays so none from there. I know the place next door to the Am Dom has beer from the wood but paying a high price for just 5/6th of a measure makes little appeal.
