Alte Linde - Munich

Alte Linde is just south of Starnberg on the B2. Whether you live in the area or not, it is worth a trip. We stopped here on the way back from the Allgäu and the food was amazing. The prices are also amazingly cheap. I just had the most succulent deer steaks that I have ever had in my life and the price was under €16. In fact, I don't think I have eaten a more tasty meal for any price ever anywhere and certainly not in Germany. If you have kids, there is a rather large playground attached to the biergarten.
