U-Bahn is German word for "underground train". Londoners would call it the "Tube" and Parisians would call it the "Metro". Americans call it the "Subway" - not to be confused with Subway the sandwich shop.
There are U-Bahn networks in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, and Frankfurt, as well as possibly other cities too.
