Quality printers in Berlin

E.g. for printing covers for a record

hi...

this is a bit of a shot in the dark, but maybe someone knows something. i'm trying to find out about printers in berlin who can do decent covers for vinyl 7-inch singles.

the obvious thing to do is to go to a normal poster-printing place and get them to do something, but those kinds of places can be a bit shoddy on quality.

the record itself is a labour of love; i'll be putting a lot of time and effort into it, and i want the covers to be done with similar care and attention to detail.

ideally, i'd like to hear about any small, dedicated print places in berlin that would be able to take on a job like this and make sure it comes out exactly how i want it. i'm prepared to pay extra for the fussiness required.

any ideas?

thanks...

Cue Sound are excellent for mastering, duplication and printing. The guys there really know their stuff. I have done work for them, and know them very well and highly recommend them.

The web site is http://www.cue-sound.de - If you PM me, I can give you a direct contact to one particular guy who knows both the sound and print stuff inside out - he will get you sorted out, and will get you the best possible quality for whatever budget you are working to.

can try Blow Up - there are two places in Kreuzberg - one on the Dieffenbach Str. corner Graefestr. - i've had great results with their quality and attention to detail, and their printers are very well calibrated - not sure if they do record covers but they're open for most types of jobs

Hi guys, *bump*

Can anyone second any of the above printers or recommend any others? I need to get some business cards printed and also a very small run of pages (smaller than A4).

For the cards: I'm after stock of 300 gsm or over; printed on both sides in full-colour with a matt celloglaze.

Both are small runs, but quality is important! I reckon my best bet is to find a really great digital printer, as litho is out of the price-range for such a small run. (But if anyone has any recommendations for excellent litho-printers in Berlin, they would be great for future reference.)

Many thanks!
