My May bill (posted online) has not been itemised. There's normally a downloadable PDF marked "Verbindungen", but it's not up there this month.
Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe some TT users that work for O2 know what's up?
Need an itemized version to claim back expenses from work.

I do believe it is 'itemised' mr jfraney. I thought you were British.

Just got a letter from 02. Says they no longer have a legal requirement to give me an itemised bill. WTF!?

I think you have to pay to have your bill itemised, so you could try asking them about that option, and how much it costs?

O2 strikes again!!!
Knowing them (and since I worked there for a number of years, I do), they will probably start NOT itemizing invoices - everyone's, not just yours - to save money on postage.
EDIT: However, you can explicity request an itemized bill, if you want.

Oh...
With regards to the original post topic: it probably happened to you because somebody or something (i.e. software bug/feature) modified your account for some reason and changed it. Happens all the time.

the point is that they have been itemising my bills for the past nine months. Just stopped all of a sudden.
From your post you have your account set up online, try switching itemisation on (or off, then on again), if you haven't tried. It's under Mein O2/Rechnung/Einzelverbindungsnachweis ändern, giving the options Keine/Gekürzt/Vollständig (none/number truncated/full number).
Failing that use the O2 Communication Center to send them a mail.

No, this is your point, as expressed in your first post:
