How to get a tax card in Cologne

Hello!
I have to renew my tax card for this year.. but I have no idea where to do this nor what to bring? I have no clue because last year I did an internship, and the person in charge of it pretty much took care of this. Now that my contract is normal (not intern anymore yey) and for one year.. I have no idea where to look for.
I hear Finanzamt and also the Einwohnermeldeamt (Citizens Reg. Office)..

Get it from the same place you registered your residence at.. (Einwohnermeldeamt)

I think I also need to renew this? I got it in Düsseldorf and now live in Koln, so do I now need to renew it?
If so, does anyone know the address of the einwohnermeldeamt? and this is also where I have to register residence too?
