New to this capitalism game by any chance?
mr fahrenheit
the return on investment (thank you, it took a while) is that you get the chance to express your support for capitalism and i get your cash, einfach.
Exile
So your trying to get capitalists to do something that they won't make a profit from?
sunny
sorry, I have a scheduling conflict. On saturday I'm marching in a feudalist parade, along with my trusty lords, vassals, and fiefs.
mr fahrenheit
its like this: much like a festival, i organise a gathering of people by providing a service (the march), its up to the attendees to take the opportunity to profit from this by selling drinks or banners etc. its a beautiful thing really.

Without a permit, you will be violating the law. However, I can help. I will write you a note in my worst German that says capitalist pig-dogs have rights too (and something about a sucker being born every minute yada yada yada) and all for the amazing low price of €100 in advance plus 30% of sad said march proceeds.

Note: this goes for the capitalist pig dog vendors too.
mr fahrenheit
Yes, you're right, we do need permits.. you're hired...

And so it began... well i hope we all learned a lesson here people. capitalism is who we are, whether we like it or not, because capitalism, being rooted in self interest, is a perfect political expression of human nature... and anyone who says otherwise is a dog being eaten by a bigger dog, Amen to that.

So, lets get together and protest tomorrow.. wink.gif

Capitalists will indeed be capitalising on things but not at "work", rather exploiting the labour power of those who do the productive work.

Most TTers aren't capitalists but indeed workers. Even if they are largely in offices etc and not in a coal mine or steel works.
They may have some bourgeois social aspects to their lives but at the end of the day, no work, no money.
