Sailing afternoons on Ammersee (2008)

Have still 1 seat free in the car if anyone interested, departing from Laim S-Bahn Station.

Thinking about coming, but don't have any mini-bugs and only 1 bottle of prosecco...

That was a really good day out , good bit of wind too. Pity I ballsed it up getting back in to the jetty. _{Why don't these things have motors?}

Travel plans:

Train leaves Hauptbahnhof 12:51, change at Geltendorf and get in to Utting (Ammersee) at 13:40. (Trains can be late, missing connections! )
Group ticket can be organised if enough people get together.

OR:

Travel by own transport. Meet up at the pier for Ernst segelschule at 13:45

Maybe we meet up before the time to sail for a picnic lunch and give you the chance to ask more questions.

Boat Details

No specialist equipment is needed. Suncream, soft soled trainers so you don't slip, a light waterproof jacket in case it rains and perhaps a jumper in case the weather looks changeable or cloudy. We can take bags onto the boat, so changing clothes or carrying drinks should not be a problem.

Costs are for just the boat hire @ € 15 per hour split between us. They can take up to 8 people, kids are welcome.

I have one boat now "permanently" reserved, but need a commitment by Thursday from skippers to book more.

Let me know if you want me to pm you my handy number in case of emergencies! Works only from Friday evening.

Sadly I can't make it this weekend, but a boat is booked if we can find a skipper!!!

As long as you can tell boat from water and do not try to walk off board there should not be any problem

Can´t come this week, but hope to next - and will bring some "fisch futter" with me!

Unfortunately my Fischfutter likes tropical waters and we are heading southern for some weeks changing sailing for diving before the summer ends. But will show up eventually again.

I'm sorry, I'm not going to be able to make it after all.
