Babix looks like it could be similar but has less active ingredients. I used it for my kids when they were little.
If you follow the "buy this product" link from Karvol page to the Boots site, there's a pdf file with the Karvol ingredients listed.

I found information on Karvol capsules, including the list of active ingredients, by using something called Google.

Hi,
Thank you all. I have printed out the list of active ingredients. I have also copied down the exact name of the Babix inhalent and will bring all these information to the pharmacy for advice.
I am happier now knowing that a good night's sleep for my child is on its way.
