Hi - I'm from L.A., I've lived in Karlsruhe for quite a while now, but most of my friends are married and/or have children.
I'm looking for people from approx 30 to 50 to hang out with, see movies, go for drinks, etc. I'm bilingual so language is not an issue.

Hi all,
I will also be interested to join in. I am staying in Pfinztal which is not that far from Karlsruhe. I come almost every weekend to Karsruhe.
Shall we all meet?

Glad to see some new people in KA.. we've tried to have a few get togethers in the past with only 1-3 people showing up. But.. if you'd like to name a date and place, we can see who would like to come. I am always game for meeting new people in Karlsruhe!

I'm 'new' to Karlsruhe. Moved here from the Washington DC area about 3 months ago. I'm interested in meeting new people and getting out more frequently.

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and wondered if there are any moms with young kids in the KA area that fancy meeting up during the day for coffee etc?

Hi,
It's nice to see that there have been a couple of new "faces" around recently. I am still interested in meeting up. There were a few times in the Spring where it didn't work out on one side or the other, but my schedule is pretty flexible til the end of the month and as of September, it should at least be regular.
In other words, please let me know if you want to get together - preferably here rather than PM.

I don't know about the book club, but I'd still be up for meeting the new faces in and around Karlsruhe. Just post back on the board if anyone wants to meet up.

I'm game for meeting up... I'm pretty flexible. When and where? (New to Karlsruhe, so not familiar with all the places, but found Multi Kulti near the "Schloss" as a suggestion.

I can meet up tomorrow afternoon if anyone is up for it. Just post the address of the place you want to meet. Cafe Bleu might be a nice place to meet.

This week is not possible for me... have too much going on this week... but next week is ok for me. Anytime after 6pm during the week works for me, I work in Bretten, and don't get into Karlsruhe until around 5:30pm. I like Cafe Bleu, are you referring to the one near Muelburger Tor?

Unfortunately I will be on vacation for the next 2-weeks. We'll plan something when I get back? 'til then.

Enjoy your vacation!! Wish I was going on vacation.
I'm new to this forum and looking to make new friends in the Karlsruhe area. I agree with the comment about taking a break from speaking bad German!

Hello! I will be moving to Karlsruhe (Karlsbad) in a couple of weeks with my (German) husband and 2 year old son. We are currently in NRW 450km away so we don't know anyone around the Karlsruhe area. Scary.

Hello,
I am living South of Karlsruhe in the Buehlertal area.
Come by KA often to meet friends, and would like to meet up if you guys want to.
