Help sought setting up a new recruitment business

Hello, I am weighing up pros and cons of setting up a recruitment business. Does anyone have any useful contacts - I am looking for advice on a whole range of start up questions from website design & launch & marketing/branding to bookkeeping/legals/serviced offices etc. I can speak German but English speakers would be an advantage.
