Munich International Filmfest 2008

This year's programme has just been announced for the Munich Filmfest 2008.

The festival will be taking place between the 20th and 28th June, and it is a great opportunity to see plenty of international films that wouldn't normally get a showing. The majority of fims have English subtitles too, except the German ones...

- New German Cinema
- New French Cinema
- Open Air - Fabulous Las Vegas
- Retrospective Herbert Achternbusch
- Silent Classic
- Visiones Latinas

New this year are "Filmfest Cards", which offer freebies when buying tickets in bulk.

oh..I was wondering about english subtitles..couldnt find anything on that in official Filmfest magazine. Not getting it though...i.e. Japanese movie with english subs in Germany???!!! Hard to belive...
