Next Buffy DVD Night -- Sunday 28.Nov.2004

So, I agreed to host this at my new apartment a couple of weeks ago, but hey it took a while longer than I thought. Am now ready, as long as I can pick up the series 2 and 3 DVDs from someone so that we can continue on.

NEXT BUFFY NIGHT:

I guess we will continue where we left off, although someone will have to help me with that, I know it was somewhere in Series 2.

How to find me : S-Bahn to Isartor and come out the Thomas-Wimmer-Ring/Tal exit and I am just to the left of the S-Bahn exit or U-Bahn to Marienplatz exit Tal, and walk to the end of Tal, on the left hand side just after the building works/hotel is my street, if you walk past Stadtsparkasse you've gone too far..

I think the last one we watched was the Season 2 episode 'Some Assembly Required'...where Cordelia almost lost her head (literally).

Unless there have been any Buffy events since that time...it would mean we are on 'School Hard'...which promises the first appearance of Spike I believe.

We have the DVD's but they are .avi files and some techno work-up required to play them. But we worked it out at Owains...I am sure it can be worked out elsewhere.

Been no sessions between, as I was supposed to be doing this one, and the moving took about 4 WEEKS longer than I expected.

Ahh... have already forgotten, so as I had a similar problem the first week, will post now, so it's in black and white !

Ring the bell for West / Naumann and I'm on the 4th floor, although there is a nice little lift.

ok, so our marine pudding has kindly offered to supply real and authentic region code 2 DVDs! I will arrange a pick up with him,so we will have them for sunday!

Think there will be a lot of food ! Better ensure the beers and wine are exceptionally cool to kill the burning feeling as the chilli goes down !

Bad news guys...Don't think I'm going to be able to particapate in the Buffy drowling this Sunday. Too many thinks going on this weekend. However if I unexpectedly get home earlier I will come...think it will go late like the first one?

Bring what ever ! Believe 3 Lions is bringing some chilli, so will definately need something to was it down with. Believe in the last two occasions there was a few bottles of wine drunk.

Good times. Pepper is a fantastic host and I got to see some stuff that I hadn't seen in years. It's just a shame no one would let me leave so that I could get some sleep...
