Last time i did Onion bhaji's

I chopped up some onions, green chillis (ones which are 5cm long)
then mixed with some coriander, chilli powder, ginger, and flour.
And used olive oil to bind the mixture,

Then deep fried in a wok for around 10 minutes.

flour??? I hope that was proper chickpea flour.

Oooh, this sounds serious . . . I must make it to this curry night.

No, this thread was started precisely because (apart from the opening post) all posts are moved to the curry night discussion archive at the end of the week. If you are looking for this weeks curry night go onto the curry night thread.

Well, you have plenty of time to worry about that as it's a week tomorrow!

Well I'll be darned . . . It sure is.

Plan for something like 6.30pm pre-drinks and 7.30 pm for curry, well that's my guess

I'm planning for a 7:30 start and The Arc will be open by 6 at the latest.

I'm almost certainly having the day off, so it's up to you when you open for Business Uncle Nick!
You can organise a lunch-time buffet followed by an evening curry if you like!

Bump: anybody else coming, we need at least 10 people to make it worth the effort.

Had a wonderful time at The Arc . . . The food was fabulous, and the company even better. My husband came along after all, and he was very happy that he did.

I'm just curious which curry night Lurker Mark showed up to.

I've been eating curry with this posse since January and I must say that Nick cooked the best curry and made the best sauces and onion thingies that I have had so far.
