Shit, that came as a shock! I saw him last at the St Patrick's Day parade in munich and was feeling quite ill... didn't realise how ill he was :-( At least he will no longer be in pain :-(

I hope in my final hour I would have someone with your strength, grace, and courage to be there for me just like you were there for Andrew.
