VIVA L`AMERICAN DEATH RAY MUSIC (USA)
these three (now obviously four) fine folks outta memphis play an amazing and electrifying blend of memphis roots rock`n`roll and british art punk. though very special, they are often described as a mixture of velvet underground, modern lovers, the fall and the swell maps. the band consists of nicolas ray (aka nicolas diablo in '68 comeback), harlan t. bobo (check out his solo records!) and jeffrey bouck. they are coming with their new double-lp (Sangre Libre).
