Who signed up last? Anyone know?

Asked bob to add the times to sign ups too.

(to avoid confusion, i signed up,last, however i am a abonnement payer)

Bob has now added the sign up date time. It will be usefull for future sign ups but for now... it's not. I suggest you all get naked and fight in a paddling pool full of baked beans for the right to play on Thursday.

when does sign-up for the new week begin?

I called Sports4You but (as I expected) they have no more courts available for Thursday evening.

I have removed my name from the list to give other people a chance to play as I have played seven weeks in a row.

But as I have already paid for this Thursday I would like to get my money back.

I've moved to Munich recently, and among other things, have been searching for an active badminton group ever since, just like this one :-)
Well, so if you are planning to hit the courts this Thursday, I would definitely like to come along! Btw, I used to play regularly earlier but have been out of touch for around half a year or so. So, I guess after a while of missed shots and random errors I'll be able to catch up with you guys.

don't be confused re sign up list.

i was surprised that people can sign up before sunday midnight as i know from the wednesday curry sign up list, that the TT system automatically archives those threads (TTT, curry and sports) on a sunday midnight and therefore stores everything away including those one who already signed up. don't ask me how it works...

Texins, if Colin2 signs up then I'm afraid you'll have to drop out.

I telephoned Sports4You but they do not have any more courts free for this Thursday. We have only one court booked, but eight people want to play:

So, unfortunately we cannot fit everyone in, and six people is the most that can play so that everyone gets a fair go.

And since the sign-up page got cleared on the weekend (it does not normally do that) and people have signed up a second time, I am not sure who signed up first. Though I think that I saw that several people had already signed up on Friday when I signed up.

My plan to ensure a place (i.e. by booking on the Friday) has backfired - didn't realise the list was deleted at the weekend...

Shall we collectively sue Toytown and use our winnings to finance another court?

The problem is not the money but the availability. Maybe you could get enough from suing them you could open a new sports center?

I played last Thursday so will drop out this week to help ease the numbers problem.

i called the sports just in case for next week, no luck. all thursday, they are all permanent bookings. the lady said that on other days of the week it can be easier but getting 2 courts at the same is still difficult.
however, i am missing 3 thursdays in a row end of april, which makes my spot available for those times.

As usual, we are on court number six tonight.

Does anyone fancy a game this weeked? I heard it's easier to get couts at the weekend an I fancy it seeing I missed out this week.
