Badminton @ RSC Nymphenburg

Hey guys

a very sad news for all those who registered. Kamesh just called me and informed that there are not courts available at all. He tried to book and they said, that they are all completely booked. So we have no other choice.

What do you mean no courts at all - it's a permanent booking (Dauerauftrag) of 2 courts from 7-8 and 3 courts from 8-9!! You shouldn't need any extra courts as there are only 10 people registered.

they can't just chuck us off the courts, surely?

Ok - the normal booking is still ok for tonight. Two courts from 7-8p.m. and 3 courts from 8-9. This is the same every week. Only if you need extra courts or to cancel some then you need to contact them. So, happy playing to you all!!

I did the other way round. Read these posts yesterday and didn't get anything. Got to go back home to fetch them now. Good we are playing.

I just phoned RSC and organised the courts for Thursday night.

We have one court (number 41) from 7pm to 9pm.

I have to drop out today. I guess the numbers are still right.

I'm struggling with an urgent deadline right now.
Depending on how much I get through this afternoon, I may have to drop out.
Sorry if this is an inconvenience - especially for the second hour.
I'll let you know for definite if I'm going to make it before 5 pm.

and 2 for the second hour (me, colin2).

This being a holiday weekend and all, I was wondering if folks were still planning to play on Sunday.

Would have liked to but my knee is crap.

Well, that was a fine mess last night.
I was there, at 7 in fact, but no one else was anywhere to be seen, certainly not on court 41. I stayed around till 8, but still no one. Did I miss anything? Did anyone else turn up?
Lets hope we can get things going again next time.

I posted two messages yesterday afternoon apologising for dropping out due to a pressing deadline.
Ume also had to drop out.
Not sure what happened to the other three. Nomis seemed to want to go, judging by his last post...

There were only three of us there at 7pm so we ended up not playing.
So wasted trips all round, and plenty of egg on my face for not waiting
a few minutes longer to find out that you'd turned up.

do we play tomorrow? Registration is closed so fast. :-( Can i come?

There is no badminton this Thursday.

I cancelled the courts because only 2 of us signed up.

I have cancelled the courts for this thrusday as none has signed up..

I have injured my back so I cannot play this Thursday.

But I can come to RSC and give my shuttles to whoever is playing.
