come over kenny... i book 2 courts from 7-8 and 4 from 8-9 P.M. if we are more for the first hour then we can just take one more tomorrow.

Looks like we could be 19 people altogether(16 reservations plus IW's +1, Colin and Kenny) for the 2nd hour! Even 4 courts aren't enough then!

one of my friend is coming from 7-9. So I guess u can keep one court for 1st hour and 2 for 2nd hour.

He will pay for the courts too(from O2 )

So, just to summarize - 6 reservations, IW's +3 (presumably all 7-9?)and Vamsi's +1 (or is it +3 for you too?).

ooops!!! if im not too late...i will have two guests as well...so from me.. its a +2...i had been waiting for a confirmation from them and so this delay...

As far as I can make out from all these late additions there are 8 people for the first hour and 12/13 for the second hour(don't quote me on this!). There are only 3 courts booked from 8-9 so anyone extra will have to book and pay for another court on arrival!!

So sorry that I could not make it...

Last week cost 10€ for the 2 hours. Some weeks its cost 17€. It depends on the number of people that turn up versus the number of courts needed.

Looks like we have another big turn out tonight - 16 already and registration is not closed yet! Think I will ring this morning and try to get the 4th court in the hall upstairs.

Have rung and booked a 4th court from 8-9. We have all 4 courts (32, 33, 35 & 37) DOWNSTAIRS this week as the roof in the hall upstairs is leaking AGAIN after all the heavy rain!!!

There are 9 registered +2 latecomers for the first hour - I suggest you ask for another court when you arrive!

Have just rung RSC again - due to the complete upper hall being out of action there are no more places free for the first hour(7-9). We just have the 2 although 11 people want to play. Either someone can try ringing again tomorrow incase there are any cancellations or else ask again when you arrive.

Oh well, I missed the deadline and it doesn't look like there are any free spaces, so I'll give it a miss this week.

Actually, I was off work Monday and Tuesday with flu and stuff and still have a cold, so it wouldn't be too clever coming along anyway.

Anyway, I'm definitely away on business for the next three weeks, maybe even five or more, so probably won't be back until the beginning of October.

I just called to RSC and the courts upstairs are open again!

Whoever always reserves the courts - maybe you could reserve one more court from 7 to 8?

And maybe we should change all the reservations anyway to upstaìrs?

I reserved now 3 courts also from 7 to 8 .

The only bad thing is that right now 2 of the courts are upstairs and one downstairs...

They are going to ask the other players if somebody could change from upstairs to downstairs, so that we could play all in the same room.

But we find out that first when we get there!

I would also invite 1 more person.

So It seems like we are approximately 12 people from 7 -8

If I understood right all the 4 courts weren't in the same room either. So only possibility to try to get the all 4 courts from the same room will be first when we get there. They can't ask the other players to change the courts until they arrive.


But we'll see... I bet it'll be fine!
