I find the best way of getting accurate information on how to get to X from Munich - is to go direct to the Munich Airport website 'cos they list all the information there. It's useful as it means you don't miss any possible obscure options. Obviously only for DIRECT flights. Otherwise
www.opodo.de is good but not perfect of course 'cos does not include all the players, but DOES now include Air Berlin.

Lufthansa fly direct to Thessalonika
Condor, but JE's suggestion is probably the best idea.

TUIfly also fly direct to Thessaloniki - I paid €140 return in April. Most charter companies are likely to fly direct to the islands - at least in the summer anyway.

Aegeanair fly direct to Greece from Germany. They fly from Munich to Athens, Thesalonniki and Heraklion (Crete). They are partners with LH www.aegeanair.com.

Hmmm...Aegean Airlines (i quite like their food and planes, they were also awarded sometimes by
ERA), Lufthansa, Olympic airlines,TUIfly , AirBelrlin. German Wings might also do it...
I sometimes use these websites for tickets to go home. They also not have all airlines I think , but its worth checking them.
