Tollwood Winter Festival 2004 - Munich

For all of you that are new to Munich just though I would inform you of this event which happens every year

Tollwood happens twice a year (one summer, one winter). As well as all the events/ shows etc this Festival host a really big alternative christmas market. Well worth a visit.

Yep. The Oktoberfest has finally been dismantled and the Tollwood tents are up already. I find the market a bit commercial but after a drink or two it becomes fun...

o yea tollwood is def. fun. i liek to walk around the tents and look at all the useless stff i wouldnt mind spending money on... and of course theres all the food stands and drinks n stuff... lotsa fun. this yr i'm gonna try one of those feuersomethingbowle thingies.

I love Tollwood. there are some really great tents to get drunk in, and the food is tops.

The glühwien is the best, when you feel cold, a couple of glühwein's will soon warm you up.
