Hüttenkäse
I'm not sure which kind is suitable for such a young child, maybe speak to your pediatrician or in a pinch to a pharmacist. The transition from breastmilk to cow milk does not always run smooth, try a very mild kind with low acid content, just a spoon or so and see how your baby's digestion deals with it.

The best cottage cheese I've found so far, was found in Lidl and it's called cottage cheese (has white and blue packaging).
My one year old has no problems with it.
They have Hüttenkäse here but it's not quite the same - IMHO.

Körniger Frischkäse? Never tastes like the stuff from home, but it's close.
