Self-Defence and Qi Gong Course with Sigi Wolf and Margit Dürr June 14th & 15th in Eching

A9 Munich-Nürnberg or S1 Freising
Dreifachturnhalle, Detersheimerstrasse(There will be signs)
Trainers: Sigi Wolf(7th Dan Karate) is an experienced international self-defence trainer and fighter. He specializes in realistic self-defence.Margit Dürr is a certified Sport-Gymnastic and Qi Gong Teacher.
Training Times:
(Saturday) 11:30 – 12:15 Warm up & Stretching with music (Margit)
12:15 – 13:30 Self-Defence (Sigi)
13:30 – 14:30 Break
14:30 – 15:45 Qi Gong (Margit)
15:45 – 16:00 Pictures
16:00 – 17:15 Self-Defence (Sigi)
From 19:00 Course Party in TSV Restaurant
Training Times:(Sunday) 10:00 – 11:00 Qi Gong (Margit)
11:00 – 12:00 Self-Defence (Sigi)
Karate Grading: Karate Grading up to 1st Kyu (Saturday from 17:30)
Course Fee: € 15, -
Overnight Stay: Sport Hall or Pension/ Hotel (http://www.eching.de/index.php?=962,205)

What sort of music do you play for the Warm up & Stretching? As this is on a Saturday its kinda important.

I can deal with a bit of Hoff but if its S Club 7 then there is a good chance I would redecorate your Dojo floor with the 20 beers I drank on Friday, oh master.
