Whether you're middle-aged and wanting to relive your youthful "glory days" or still in top form from college ball or interested in learning a new sport, the Munich Ambassadors are a good place to start. We currently have 2 Teams playing at two levels in the German league system. The 2nd team is in the lowest league, the Bezirksliga, perfect for beginners or those who've gotten a bit rusty. In addition, we also have a little league team for boys and girls.

We're a diverse group from Germany, the Americas, Spain, Russia, etc. and welcome all newcomers. If you're interested, just come by for practice on Tuesday or Thursday, 6-8pm or check out a game on the weekend. You can also reply to this post or contact us through our website, www.ambassadors.de Game schedules and lots of other information (German) can be found on the website.
We're also glad to have any baseball fanatics who just like to hang out and talk about baseball or maybe even want to help out with scoring, umpiring or coaching.

Our season just started and runs until September but its possible to join in anytime. We also have indoor training once a week over the winter.

Our field is on the corner of Moosacher and Straßberger Straßen next to the Olympic Village. The new U-Bahn station on the U3, Oberwiesenfeld, delivers you literally right to the entrance - just take the "Moosacher Str. Süd, Straßbergerstr." exit.

Come out for practice or come by for a beer after a game!

Our next home game is this Sunday, the 24th of May, starting at 1pm. Our Bayernliga "A-Team" in a double-header against the Gundelfingen Moskitos. The forecast calls for perfect baseball weather!

Yes, we really play baseball. That was a bit of a surprise to me as well but its actually much easier to keep playing baseball in your later years here than in the home nation of baseball.

Baseball. I'm currently playing and I view it as a chance at a second childhood. I haven't played hardball since High School so this is great.
