Greetings,
this is my first posting and i have looked over quite a bit of the site. alot of usefull info on visas and paperwork. i am an esl teacher and planning to move to munich at the end of june though ive recently been told its not the best time to find this type of work as everyone is on holiday and flight ticketrs are sky high. so if there are any other instructors out there who know how the tefl market looks please let me know. thanks for your help.

They do have good points about people being on holiday and tickets will be much more expensive then September or late August.
But that doesn't mean you couldn't. It would just be easier and cheaper for sure at other times of the year. But by no means will some people being on vacation stop you from getting a job, it just might take more time managment on your part. Are you in Munich right now or I don't understand your profile.

correct deetz,
i have ammended my profile. i am currently in the us - california. i took a break from tefl, leaving italy about 8 months ago but now am looking to return to europe. i was recomended germany by some esl commrads. both seemed to have loved it there and have given me some leads for jobs though there seems to be quite alot of help wanted postings on the net. they had also told me that EVERYONE would be on vacation. though if im determined to find i job i can do it in june as well as september. thanks for your comments.
