How to cook and serve Kassler chops

Hi bought these because they loked nice, think its smoked pork, but do [or how do] i cook them, and what would you serve with them? I'm new to this thanks

I presume these are Kassler chops? Delicious. Fry lightly in the frying pan & serve with almost anything.

Can buy as a large joint - my wife cooks it in oven - LECKER!
