Hello Everyone. I am moving to Munich next week for work. Although I love soccer and am quite excited to watch Bayern Muenchen and other teams, I am wondering where I might go to watch my favorite baseball/basketball games from the U.S?? I am a native of Minnesota and have never gone a season without watching my beloved Minnesota Twins baseball team!
Thanks for any tips!

There is something kind of crazy that I use when I want to watch American television, but you need someone back in the states to help you with this. There's something called a Slingbox, and you connect it to your cable box and your internet back in the states, and then through an online program you can watch whatever is live at that moment in the states. I don't know anything about televisions or the internet, but my father works for the cable company, so that's how I have it. The picture isn't bad at all, surprisingly. And the cool thing is that you can also access things like HBO on demand.
If you just google "slingbox" you should be able to get more information on it.
Good luck!
and if you find out about any bars that show baseball, please let me know!

The Arc should have just about any game you could possibly want to watch. Big games are also televised at the
Hard Rock Cafe and Champions at the Marriott Hotel.

also you can get your own Sky satellite system from Bavaria Satellite if you find a suitable apartment/house and get the NASN Europe subscription channel.
