Lively Restaurant on a Monday - Munich

i'm looking for a lively restaurant/drinking and nibbling place on a monday evening. the only place i can come up with is sausalitos. has anyone got any other suggestions?

try the 'schnitzel palace' (real name steinheil stuberl) on steinheil str., (just off augustinstr. in maxvorstadt)

usually fairly lively, with good choons, they do the biggest schnitzel in munich (aswell as other foodstuffs) and the augustiner flows plentifully

@noddy: Both Alter Ofen (Zieblandstr 41) and Steinheil are lively student places during the week...but basically dead on the weekend. Zoozies near Baldeplatz could also be busy.

Vorstadt Cafe - usually quite busy in there every day of the week.

THE CADU (Café an der Uni) in Ludwigstrasse fits your description quite well: They've got some fairly simple dishes (mainly pasta) or you can just go for a drink.

Tresznjewski has good food and is busy nearly any time of day or night. Make a reservation if it's for a group. I think Monday has happy hour prices all night. The website is cool, they have a pong game to play.
