We are going to expand a branch in your region and we need a senior leasing manager.
Job Description:
- Consult company clients via e-mail
- Assist in the management of all leasing activities including planning and development, property management, negotiations, budget forecast and financial control
- Develop strategic plans of the branch promotion
- Create electronic database on customers and other parties related to the company, reporting to the Head office
- Maintain and update the information periodically
- Perform other related duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant:
To qualify for this role, you should have a higher education and minimum of 6 months experience in sales.
- Computer basic knowledge, you can make the job at home, by internet and phone
- Creative, self-motivated and capable person, able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communicational and presentational skills
- High sense of responsibility

Full benefits package.
Salary: fixed + commission bonuses
