Hi guys,

Our apartment has gotten a bit small since the arrival of number 3.
We are looking for a 3/4/5 room apartment having at least 80m2 preferably around the Westpark area (Munich city) - we are however open to other possibilities.
I am an Australian and my wife is German. We have both been living in Munich for around 10 years.

Would be grateful for any tips.

Hi,

we, young couple (Australian engineer and Brazilian journalist) and our friend (also a Brazilian journalist) live in Munich 10 min away with a Tram from the Central Station (where all the S Bahns run), near the Göethe Institut.

Both my husband and friend are moving overseas (because of MBA and Master Degrees) and I intend to stay till the end of December so if it´s not a problem for you, you could have the other bedroom until the end of the year and after that have the whole flat exclusive for the three of you.

We´ve been living here for 1 year and bought new furniture (which we will leave or sell)

The apartment is approx. 80 m2: (all wooden floor)

2 big bedrooms (18m2 each),

built-in kitchen with washing machine

living room

complete bathroom

I can send some pictures, the flat is amazing and we have all the facilities around, including being a short walk from Olympiapark.
