Sports clubs in Wiesbaden - Frankfurt

Hi everyone, I am new to the group and to Germany and Wiesbaden. Recently moved here from Canada for a 7 months period. I used to be pretty active down home and I'm trying to find some sports club where you could drop in and join in on a sport. I travel 50% of time so it makes it hard to join a team full time so mostly looking for something social and recreational. I don't mind or I should say, I also enjoy being competitive. I am interested in sports like beach Volley Ball, handball, soccer, squash, swimming, or any other new sports that might show up. :-)

In Canada we have sports club where all in the same building, you have a fitnes center, swiming pool, tennis court, squash and racket ball courts, running track, gym where they have evening of basketball, volleyball, badminton, etc. Some also have an outdoor beach volleyball court. Is there any such club out here? Ohh, I forgot to mention, they also have a bar area to have a beer after your game with your friends..

Any advice would be appreciated.

Most fitness clubs, sport centres have a membership policy which is no good for you if your just going to be here for 7 months. If its just a basic gym with a good selection of equipment without being tied to a membership try McFit on Mainzer Strasse €18 per month.
